SmartyC is truly a scientist!

Wow seems complicated, but I'm not the best in construction Well maybe if you build it out of a material that floats easily and on the inside put a timer. A timer and a lock, when 30 sec are up the lock will open and let the water fill the bladder. But see I really don't know how to do it, once my dad made something in that sort, but he had a ll these materials.

Hope all goes well,

I had to do this....but i had to make it subsurface =/.
This is what i did, i made the bottle and put a long, flexible plastic straw in the bottle, duct taped to it tight ( i put it in a hole i made in the cap.) Then, i filled it with a liquid ( i used coke) and put it in the water with the coke can next to me. It floated. Here comes the gross part... I took the coke and pushed it through the straw with my mouth, making the bottle fill up with coke and sink, i then drank it back up, making it float again.
Good luck, i hope this did with me.
