Default No living animals allowed for your Science Project

What are the exact rules regarding using animals? Did you get a copy of the rules?

Many science fairs have rules regarding the use vertebrates and invertebrates. Some may actually allow you to experiment on these, provided that the animals are treated in a humane manner. You really should check the guidelines carefully to ascertain what's allowed and what's not.

Also, many science fairs allow experimenting on lower forms of life such as protozoa, fungi, bacteria etc...Perhaps you might want to consider these instead?

Red face

the rules say you can use living things, just not for your presentation.

Default Science Fair Rules

there you go! So you can go ahead and use the animals for your project, take lots of pictures, carefully document your findings. For your presentation, you could be creative and use your photos, or even a notebook computer etc... think out of the box - and you'll be sure to score well for your science project!
