Gas Matters
I need help ASAP....my project is the processing of fresh, frozen, and canned green beans, carrots, and corn, to see if and how much gas is produced. I've put each in individual test tubes with vinegar added, then placed balloons over the test tubes. There has been only minimal changes and I was wondering if the amount of vinegar has anything to do with it? I put 45 ml of each vegetable and 15ml of vinegar. Does anyone know, do I need less vinegar? Any help quickly would be so appreciated.
