Default Interesting choices

Well, they are all very good and worthy projects, but I wouls highly suggest going with the "Does Beta Carotene Prevent Tumor Growth In Plants"
It seems like an orginal idea. I have never heard something like that before.

-The Growth Rate of Poa pratensis in Pure Humus and Pure Humus mixed with Sand
if you're going to do this one, prevent it from being just "humus" and "humus and sand"--also if it's humus mixed with sand, it's not pure. Also, remember to use regular terms, not scientific names in titles so everyone can understand. it's bad to use jargon in titles, since titles are suppose to grab attention, not confuse/intimidate readers.
-Does Beta Carotene Prevent Tumor Growth in Plants?
Instead of beta carotene, use vitamin A. also, do not state as question. state as, the effect of vitamin a on plant tumors.
this is pretty original. I'll recommend this one. but how do you get vitamin a in a plant?
-Determining the Effect of Water Temperature and Exposure Term on Seed Germination
just say, effect of water temp and exposure term (? why exposure term? exposure time?) on germination. how are you going to keep water temperature constant? good experiment if done extremely specifically and carefully.
-The Effect of Temperature on the Decay of Ascorbic Acid
Effect of Temperature on Vitamin C Decay.
pretty good experiment, must be specific.
-The Mysteries of Plant and Light: The Effect of Wavelengths of Light on Plant Food Production
good, though already done previously. Green is bad, red and blue is good... you can't measure food production very well, unless you find a good method.

good luck!

there are MANY vitamins you can use. The most common is vitamin C. Actually, you'd want to try some different types of fat soluble and fat insoluble vitamins.
