Default wind powered train

I have this Idea to use wind power to make a miniature train to move. I had found out that wind turbines generates electricity whenever the baldes of the turbine came into contact with high speed wind. so when a train starts to move it came into contact with air with highspeed thus, maybe, the blades of a wind turbine will generate electrity for the train and the faster the train runs the greater the wind turbine generates electricity. is that possible?

It's only a hypothesis and I still have the problem on how will train get enough speed before the wind turbines can generate its own electricity.
