Default Name Brand vs. Private Label

I am doing my 7th grade project on name brand vs. private brand. I am finding sources on the internet, but I need to find some sources at the library. What should I look for? Would there be such a book regarding taste testing or how to do a comparison? I have ideas on what I want to do in my head, but I just don't know how to research it. Please lead me in the right direction!

Red face just trying to help

well for books it may be hard well why don't you try food brands and taste it and try to find the differents.

Default science fair experiment help

My 8th grade experiment is Do Brands Boggle your Brain? I am going to buy 3-4 different types of milk chocolate bars (ghiradelli, godiva, and hershey's) and some other foods. I will first blindfold my test subject and have them taste each chocoate bar and choose their favorite. Then, I will unblindfold them and let them taste each brand of chocolate and choose the preferred one. I want to see if they choose different ones when they are blindfolded and not blindfolded. If I do this experiment what am I supposed to research for my research paper?

For the research paper, you would explain what the explanation is to this cool science project and why you think they chose the chocolate that they chose.

Next, I think that you should research the ingredients of the chocolate as to what you think makes this trigger the minds boggliness (lol).
PM me if you have a question.
