Lightbulb is this possible?

i don't know where did I get this weird idea but here it is:

I came Up with this Idea, Can I mix phosphorescence you know the thing that make glow in the dark, to the Fluorescent lamp so evrytime you turn off the light there's still a small amount of light coming from the phosphorescence so you don't have to light up a lampshade.... Is it possible? please rely ASAP

Hey that's cool i have a lamp just like that! It's in my bathroom and it's kind of like a night light thing but when the lights go out it glows orangish. but it would be cool to make one of those! and i've been wondering how it works...
