Default Help with "mood" project

Hey I'm doing a project about how you start your day will affect your school work e.g. if you start your day out happy with junk food will you do better or worse than someone who starts their day out sad and with healthy food, etc. does anyone have some ideas about how to expand it or make it more original if you do please post.

Hi StarryGirl95. I think that's a great project idea. You should try to get more friends involved to have a larger sample size. For example, 4 groups of friends, each group has 3 people etc. You can have 2 variables - having a good routine to follow and food quality. By routine, I mean waking up at fixed time over 1 week, eating meals and doing homework at fixed times. Bad routine means let them wake up whenever they like, play, eat, do work whenever they like. You should try to do the experiment long enough - say 1 week or more if you can.

Group 1: Good routine, good food
Group 2: Bad routine, good food
Group 3: Good routine, junk food
Group 4: Bad routine, junk food

You can try to come up with a list of objective measurements of their school work quality - not just the score they got but some other ways to evaluate how well they learned the material. Also, how they felt throughout the week with that particular lifestyle etc.
