Talking Hello!

Hi, about food science, you can try finding whcih fruit has the highest sugar starch, which food can be preserved longer under a certain temperature or the pH level of different fruit. Another good idea is to do what food molds love the best. You can do this by putting different kinds of food in a zipper bag and seal the openinthe changes for 1 to 2 weeks. You can observe which food gets moldy first? Another one you can do is you can do about how to extract DNA from some food (i'm doing this for my project!). If you want to extract DNA from a veggies (its kind of easy), go to this site http://gslc.genetics.utah.edu/units/activities/extraction/

Good Luck!!

Red face

YES JANINE, TRUST ME THE PROJECT IS NOT HARD, IF YOU check it out you will see that the material are simple and this experiment is giving you a 99% chance of going to a science fair, if you still don't want to do it, go to all-science-fair-projects.com and find a idea, and then write back to ask questions.

(just kidding!1)
