Fried Rice is helpful, nice and has lots of friends here

But how can you know if its 20% of vitamin C just by a colour change? That does help though. I can see how it might work.

You know how you can the differences between different intensities of color that the naked eye can't see? Like the amount, the QUANTITATIVE differences between blue and light blue? Using a spectrophotometer. It measures the amount of light that passes through a liquid, and therefore, tells you how dark/light the color is. Check it out. Good luck!
