Default Heat Conduction

I have to do a science experiment on, which metal conducts heat the best. I cant find any help with this experiment or topic. I am not entirely sure how to go about this, or even get started other than what types of metals to use like: aluminum, copper, stainless steel.

Did a similar project with my son a couple of years ago. Find several rods of various metals (aluminum, cold rolled steel, stainless steel, brass, cast iron if you can find it). We placed same length, same diameter rods in a non-conducting holder (wood, ceramic, etc), placed 1" diameter paraffiin wax balls on one end of the rods and held the rods just over the burner of the kitchen stove. Measure the time it takes to melt the wax from the rod.
