Exclamation Ph digestion

Hi everyone,

Just a really quick question..... Why is it that the higher the Ph level- the quicker the digestion rate of something?
I would of thought that the more acidic the solution is the quicker something is digested but apparently not.

Any answers would help me very very much.

Default Acidic

Well, I would have first suspected the acidity also.
I would first try researching Ph levels and see what they are made up of.
