Post Homework Survey(please take it!!)

this is for my science fair you dont need to include your name if you dont want to.
please answer the following questions:
what grade are you in?
do you think homework helps you get better grades? why?
does homework help you do better on tests? how?
does homework help you understand your classwork more?
honestly do you think your teachers should assign you more homework? if so what subjects specifically?
if you could change one thing about the way your teachers assign you homework what would it be?
thank you for taking the time to answer this. your answers will be used as scientific research.

8th grade.
Yes. It gives you practice outside of school. Plus, you get graded on it.
Again, yes because it helps you study.
Yes, because it is in your mind for awhile after doing it.
I honestly think I should get more homework in these classes: science, social studies, language arts, and literature.
I would change the fact that some classes give too much homework.

I hope this helps!

I am in 9th grade.
Depends on the homework and what class, but in general yes because it helps me practice what we were working on, and to keep it fresh in your brain, especially because I have each class only 2 or 3 times a week.
Yes, because it helps me practice.
Well in most of my classes my homework is just like the class work so yes.
No, are you kidding...I have like 5 hours of homework a night. Each honors you take means more homework.
I think we shouldn't have as much homework in...well I don't know, I guess its okay.
razor-where do you live that they call english language arts?
