That depends on what you mean. The venus fly trap can move, but not like walking. It moves its mouth like structure, to close on its prey. But, no, I don't believe they can move as in walking.

technically speaking it can move.
The 7 charasteritics of a living thing states that it must respond to stimulis.
In other words for plants, it "moves" closer to light

Arrow Plants&Movement?

I agree with Raven_Lore
According to the characterictics of living organisms:
Grow, Reproduce, Eat, Excrete, Respirate, Move etc.
Plants DO move! They Move when they are gaining evergy from the sun. Similarily they also move as the let out Oxygen [responding to the enviornment]
