Well, let's look at mold, shall we?

What food really depends on what mold you're trying to get... I mean, bread mold lives on bread, there are molds on citruses, molds on cheese, etc.

But bread mold is pretty common.

To grow mold, just use your bread/cheese as a wiper and get some dust around the house unto it. Mold spores are ubiquitous in the air, and when it gets on the bread, mold will grow from the spores. But molds need moist areas. Not soaked areas, moist. So you'll need to spray it with water regularly and keep it in a closed container that would keep the moisture, like a petri dish.

So grow some mold, and see what happens. Good luck!
