Exclamation HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP! Viscosity, Surfactants, Other Hard Stuff

Hi! I have a question. My science fair project is due in 2 days. OBviously, i am a huge procrastinator.
anyway. I did my project on Shampoo and my results were pretty straightforward.

I placed a marble into shampoo bottles of different temperatures.
As the temperature increased, the viscosity decreased, making the shampoo thinner, therefore the marble took a shorter time to reach the bottom of the shampoo bottle. Vice Versa for the cold shampoo bottle. The cold shampoo became thicker and the marble took longer to get to the bottom.
Can somebody explain why this happened? Especially relating to the molecular forces of attractions concerning surfactants (since shampoo is a type of surfactant). and there's also something called micelles that may pertain to these results? I am just so confused.

And also what kind of model could I show during my science project to make my project more understandable?
And anybody also know why car oils kind of act weird with the whole temperature thing?

I know this is a looot to ask, but I am desperate! If someone can help me, I will love that person SO MUCH!
Thanks!

Sorry for my wrong english grammar...

I think it is like a state of matter from liquid to solid so it is forming it into solid because of it is liquid content...and its molecule is sticking together the more colder....the more colder the molecules is sticking together and the more hotter the molecules expand far from the other...^_^

Viscosity is a measure of the resistance of a fluid which is being deformed by either shear stress or tensile stress. In everyday terms (and for fluids only), viscosity is "thickness". Thus, water is "thin", having a lower viscosity, while honey is "thick", having a higher viscosity. Viscosity describes a fluid's internal resistance to flow and may be thought of as a measure of fluid friction. For example, high-viscosity magma will create a tall, steep stratovolcano, because it cannot flow far before it cools, while low-viscosity lava will create a wide, shallow-sloped shield volcano. Put simply, the less viscous the fluid is, the greater its ease of movement (fluidity).[1] All real fluids (except superfluids) have some resistance to stress, but a fluid which has no resistance to shear stress is known as an ideal fluid or inviscid fluid.

the colder the more viscosity the hotter the lesser viscosity...
