Exclamation i Need an answer ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so im thinking about doing a science project on what causes a tsunami but im not sure that it's an controlled experiment like my science teacher wants it to be. So i just wanted to know if this project was a controlled experiment (one that is proving something)or not. I need an answer ASAP because i have to turn in what project i'm doing tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

We had a long discussion on this one. It's in one of the featured threads. See if that helps.

The Newtons and friends were taking tea
Beneath the boughs of an apple tree,
When a falling fruit landed on the
Head of the head of the family.
Mrs. Newton cried, 'Well deary me!
That could've caused an injury'.
But clever Isaac alone could see,
The situation's true gravity.

i would say it's one that demonstrates the shifting of the earth's plates therefore making a tsunami when it happens uder water it's like an earthquake under water . so it causes a giant wave covering the land so it would be one that expirement demonstrates an event happening under water instead of prooving something like if you;er getting what you payed for in a store. you could take a guess tha proove why your gess is right or wrong.
