Does name effect taste

ok i've got to hurry, because my project is do friday, and all i need left is to find out if anyone has done this before and how there own experiment went.
so what i did was... i did a poll for my class, did they like sprite, triscuits, and ranch dip.. a week later i got them to try the foods, but i gave them diff names. If they had like the food before i gave it a bad name, and if they didn't like the food before i gave it a bad name.. like ranch dip becam baby hippo slime from the hippo's neck veins, and i imported the food from botswani.

so has anyone done this before and i fs so how did it turn out?

I don't think anyone has done this sort of project before... Why don't you check the Food Science section???
