Question Best water temp for making bubbles

I need help finding out where I need to go to find out what water temp is best for bubble making...hot or cold? How do I even start?

Exclamation heres an idea

o.k heres an idea
materials
.thremometers
.3-5 cups or beakers
.water at room temp.
.bubble liquid/dish soap
.measuring devices
.something to heat water
.something to cool water
procedure
1.pour the same amount of water into each cup
2.heat one of the cups
3.record temp.
4.cool one of the cups
5.record temp.
6.keep one cup at room temp.
6.mix in soap (remember to keep the amount of soap the same each time)
7. then do your bubble blowing thing.
NOTE
if you want to do more then 3 cups of water heat/cool down more and make sure to record temp.
