Default Water?

Probably, water freezes fast because it's thinner then vineger and oil. just a guess, hope it helps!

Lightbulb

I also think that water is the fasteset to freeze because it is less dense the vinegar and oil. After it may be the vinger becasue oil is the most dense.

Um, water is DENSER than oil.

Have you guys done anything like putting oil and water in a column and forming layers of liquid?

And oil droplets (in soup) floats on water.

OIL is LIGHTER than WATER.

However, oil is able to take more heat than water (boils at a higher temperature). Should freeze slower than water. Not slower exactly, but takes a lot of energy to take out before oil freezes.

As for vinegar...

Do you know why you spray salt unto the snow? Salt makes water's freezing point lower. So vinegar is salty, right, and it has other ions (salt breaks into ions in liquid). So these ions will lower vinegar's freezing point.

It's not freeze quicker, exactly, but how low your temperature has to be to freeze.

So make your freezer really really cold (coldest) to see if vinegar and oil will freeze.
