Exclamation Electrolytes!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone I despretly need help on how to measure the amount of electrolytes found in Sports/Energy drinks. I dont have a clue on how to do this and I need to know NOW so please if anyone has the slightest clue on helping a seventh grader with this please help me!
