Default food science fair idea neede

Are there any ideas out there for a food science category project? Anything works, but I have come up with something like "What affect do different cooking methods...." The rest is undecided. So if you could please leave ideas for me it would help a TON!!!!

Thanks
Karla

It's hard to find an age apropreite food science project for middle schoolers. Talk to your science teacher for Ideas. You could try.

Which fruits rot first?
Why do foods lose their color as the decompose?
All plant cells are different from animal cells, but are fruit and vegetable cells different also?

Try things of that nature. I'll try to post some more as soon as I can, but I've gotta jet. Hope that helps!

Question

That's a hard one. I have figured out how to do this, but I'm not quite sure where to start.
