CO2 scientist is helpful, nice and has lots of friends here
Default Co2 question

My daughter is trying to see if CO2
effects plant growth and proliferations. How do you measure CO2 in PPM's? She may use either dry ice or baking soda and vinegar. Also, what plant with bearing fruit or seed would be good to use for this project?

Default CO2 science project

You could borrow a handheld CO2 gas sensor from the school lab.

As for plant species, you might want to try using a few species.
