Default just saying...

how many foods do u need? maybe different foods change colors for different reasons, and it depends on how u cook them.

Default Why foods turn colors

I've got lobsters, meat as in beef, poultry, etc, but why they change is also what my daughter needs to present. If you can think of any more foods that change color when you cook them, I'd appreciate it. Thanks for your reply.

Default Food

I believe that it depends on the temperature and type of food. Certain foods have certain components that cause certain reactions. Try researching different foods to see what's in them and what happens to the certain components when they are heated. For example, what happens to potassium when heated up at 212 degrees F (100 Degrees C)

Remember, most science project require the temperature to be measured in Celsius, and all other measurements in Metrics (miles= kilometers)

Default Where would you search on what happens....

Thanks for the help (direction) you provided. I am curious though, where would I look for what happens when potassium is heated?
