Default Help is here!!!!

Well I can give you my opinion on that. I'm pretty sure it does. The fact that it does makes logical sense. For more help, Broadwaybaby might know. She knows about stuff like that.

Default Proving the hypothesis

Hi there! That's a very interesting project that you have. You're trying to establish whether bridges have weak points - so it seems.

Why not do the project and tell us your results. Are you having problems designing the project?

Default I can Help

First of all, thank you Satfire! Second, Mad is right thats a very interesting project. I remember doing a similar experiment at an engineering fair. Why don't you try to build scale models of each type of bridge. Then, place pennies on different points of the bridge and see how many pennies it needs to fall. Also, a similar project was just portrayed on Mythbusters on the Discovery Channel. Try logging on to the website to see if you can find anything!
