I need to determine how dirty money is and i need it to be specific(like with measurements maybe)

Well, I really don't know how to measure it. Maybe you could soak it in water, then pour the dirty water into the coffee maker and measure how much dirt is in each bill!

I like Razor's idea, but I'm not sure if it would work with dollar bills or not. But I think it would work with coins. How about this? You take a bunch of coins, and mix it up with some water (perhaps keep it overnight), then pour the water through the filter (like Razor said), and see how much dirt is left.

Also, can you be more specific on your project? Like are you comparing amounts of dirt on different kinds of coins? Or are you asking a question, in general, how dirty is our money?

Well i dont think it would work that well unless the coins were very dirty and had stuff large enough to see, cause mostly the bacteria and germs on money are too small
