help with science fair project thats due monday

hi, my daughter is in grade 5 and is doing a project called balloon blow up.Our question is what are the everyday applications that use the following ingredients.baking soda,vineger and water.we have put water and vineger in a bottle and baking soda in the balloon and mixed them together and the gases from the mixture filled the balloon up but we are not sure what to do next. PLease HELP.

First, I would suggect recording all of your data (reactions, time it took to blow up, size up balloon when blown up and not blown up, etc.)

Then, try to put that info into a presentation. I would also suggest putting the data on graphs. This will make the info eaiser to understand and fun to read.
