Desperately Need Ideas!!

heyy, im in yr 10. and i need some ideas for science research project real quick
i tried this idea with salt preservation of meat, but teacher said dat it was too risky with the bacteria - - dat crosses out any experiments lyk dat - - then i thought of which coloured candle burns faster (but deres no real point in doing it)......in other words, i am completely no where wif dis!! plz help!!

I think that if you don't have much time than you should do a project on what colored candle would burn out faster. But what are you supposed to be doing your project on.

Do I really need thumbs?

You could tape your thumbs down, and go threw your everyday life with regular activities and rate them as how difficult they are!

I think you do need thumbs because how would you write without thumbs? And how would you play video games without thumbs?

Okay, do you have to do an experiment?

If you're most interested in engineering, you can try to build tools to facilitate the lives of people with Parkingson's disease, who have trouble with muscle coordination. Or try a Ruth Goldberg machine of building something really complicated to do something really simple. Like having a hammer tied to a string, tied to a ...etc. to squeeze your toothpaste unto your toothbrush.

If you're interested in experiments, look around at the different threads, and there are bound to be different ideas. (calorimeter, nutrients in different foods, effect of temperature on bounciness of a ball, effect of temperature on volume of a gas, optimum pH/environment for microorganisms, volcano project, effectiveness of different sunscreens: UVA vs UVB)Or choose a topic you like, research it, and develop an experiment.

one project is that you can find out what salt does to snails??????????????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what just trying to help
