minnie30567746 is truly a scientist!
Default Well

Umm, if you have a freezer, here is what you do. Get a huge bowl and put water in it. Put it in the freezer for about a day. Then you take a cheese grater, or anyhting that you can use to do this, and shave the ice. It will make small flakes, whichi you can pretend that they are snowfalkes. Hope this works for you.

even if you have a grater, that's only slush. For snow, it needs to be puffy.

I have no idea, sadly. Because ice can never be snow.

Well, if you want to see snow, you can always go north.

Wink

i don't see how you can make snow in a country near the equator? I suppose for fun you could use dreamerofeternity's method. If there were to be snow in Philippines, it would be a worldwide disaster. Global warming would have begun taking it's toll on the whole world. Hope this solves it
