Question Need more thrust!

Im in 7th grade and i need to build a rocket for a science project. Which would give me more thrust: Coke and mentos, vinegar and baking soda, or something else?

you might want to try to find out the force given out by different types of fuel... b/c some of the things you stated might not be enough to lift it's weight and the weight of the fuel.
