Question HELP! ♣ Have a science fair idea, but need to "expland"

Hi. I have 2 science fair ideas and I need to pick by tomorrow which one to do.

1. Do preservatives really work?
*This project is great, but the version I found is really for younger grades. Any ideas on how to make it my level?

2. (this one dosen't have a title yet, but the idea is Do calcium supplements make bones stronger / stop bone loss?
*This one is great also, but bone experiments are common.

Which one would be better? Thanks for everyone's help on this one!

I think you should do number one because the second one is WAY beyond you I think. You have to have so much expensive equipment. I don't know. It just sounds really hard for a student! Unless how old are you?

Well I am in 10th grade.

For the second one, my idea was to put 3 chicken bones into 3 different baths: an acid bath, an acid bath with calcium, and a water bath with calcium.
Would that really be so hard?

I don't know. Thanks to everyone and the teacher expanded the date because many people forgot

Default I know wut u should do!!!

so, you have to do number one, but to make it harder, ad more variables, like 3 bacterias and 3 something else. my science teacher told us that wuz one way to make it harder and higher leveled. good luck!
