Exclamation gas spill and creek

how would a gas spill affect Dissolved Oxygen Nitrites Phosphorus Turbidity Water Quality Fecal Coliform

i have previous data for the creek and concentrations for the above and now its changed i want to know if gas spill will decrease or increase the concentrations for the following: Dissolved Oxygen Nitrites Phosphorus Turbidity Water Quality Fecal Coliform

One thing I don't understand is what you mean by gas spill. (I'm sorry I can understand only so little, but I wish to give you some ideas.)

From what I understand now, it is about how "gas spills" impact the "water quality" and perhaps how much dissolved oxygen is in the water affects the water quality. I'm not sure if this is applicable to your experiment, but there is this bacteria that gives off light when it is in unsuitable water conditions. I'm sorry I can't recall the name. You may be able to use that bacteria to test the quality of the water.
