Unhappy How Can I Make It Into A Question Or Problem?

For my science fair project, I decided to make the ultra simple hovercraft. I know I'll be learning something, such as "air film bearing", but what else would I learn other than that and how to make a really cool hovercraft? There's also one more problem. So we all know I'm making a hovercraft: how can I turn that into a question or problem?

well, I don't know how to make a hovercraft, so these are ideas coming out of the top of my head.

I suppose in the process of making a hovercraft, you're going to have many different materials. Just change one of the material and change it into a variable. Such as instead of a 10 meter long stick, how does the length of this stick affect the efficiency of a hovercraft? Or instead of plastic, how about wool, cotton, paper, etc? Or maybe how thick the pastic is. Good luck!
