I need an idea of a science project for my science fair

Hello,

I am in dire need of help with an idea for a science project. I have been thinking of some and I have tried them but they all have failed. Please help me find something. I am interested in computers and that kind of stuff, so if you can give me a idea were I can use a computer mostly to do the projecte it would be greatly appresheated.

Thanks again for your help, if you could just give a few that would help a lot, and something were I can do in about 2 weeks because im going to be doing this at the last minute I kinda forgot about this science fair.

Well, what grade are you in? Since you want to do something with computers, it will help if we know your grade level. Can you give us what you know about computers?

Well im in highschool and I have already built 3 computers 1 with my father and 2 myself.

Well i may not be at your level then, but I'll try to help.
You could try to see which computer model has the most efficient hard drive.
Also, you could try to do something that researches computer viruses.

you could experiment with programing, and learning about the 000111,101010, and all of that stuff with different combinations of 1's and 0's.

I totally forgot about those, but they seem confusing, especially when one of my teacher's explained it.

Thanks for the ideas gus, they are helpfull. I might do something like witch is the best search engine like google, yahoo, ask jeves, or what ever. Or maybe how they made it and how I could make my own.
