Want to do project on DANCING- Need Ideas!

Ok, I would like to do a science experiment on dancing. Probally on the physics included in it, but I have no idea of what question I can do. I need help finding an experiment and if anyone has any ideas I would greately appreciate it. I am in a 7th grade gifted program so I need something challenging but not to hard thanks a bunch~ muchamour06

thats hard. umm how about weight and the effectit has on the dancer's speed...this will be hard to test out...maybe you should think of another project. try these but i don't know...
If the dancer does the same dance, trying to do it at the same beat/rythm and the music speeds up what is the affect on the dancers speed?
Does the heat in the room affect the speed of the dancer?

Rachael - good suggestions! Are your suggestions based on any past observations? Have you noticed any trends/correlation between room temperature and dance rhythm/speed?

durring my last ballet class it was really cold in the room and to keep warm we danced faster.

by dancing faster our bodies release energy and produces sweat that's why we feel heat everytime we sweat...

I've done a project where we took a personages of the correct weight/age and had them dance until their heartbeat went up a certain amount of points. We then compared those results with them of obese people. Then, we created varius theories on the effect of weight on one's heart.
