Default Science Fair Help

Hi All,
My class is doing a science fair for then end of the year and i'm having a hardtime getting started. The topic is that we have to construct a mini vehicle that will travel 3 meters using only the wind energy generated by a box fan. Any ideas for the construction? There is no oil, lube, or graphite allowed so i kind of got stuck. >< Any thoughts or considerations would be greately appreciated.

Default Aerodynamics

Well, you want to touch on these things.

Drag- the amount of friction that can slow down a object

Lift- When air travels faster on top of an object than on the bottom. The friction causes the object to lift,

To reduce these two, make sure the front(and possibly the back) of the "car" are narrow, so that the ends can cut through the air and move faster. Second, when you make the ends short and narrow, have a slow increase in height to the other end. This ensures less drag so the "car" will be speedy.
