Angry Are Our Local Waters Acidic?

How do I add the bases to the water? do Please help meI just pour them in?

Default Bases and Water

It depends on what you're hoping to achieve. Are you required to create a solution of a particular concentration?

You would most definitely need a measuring tool such as a pipet/buret, or at least a graduated measuring cylinder.
