science project due tomrw!! nutriotional content of food!!!!
im doing a project on finding the nutritional content of food..which foods would have the most starch and sugar and lipids out of these foods:
apple juice
butter
egg white
fish
potato
spinach
vegetable oil
watch

Your guess would be as good as mine.But apple juice does have lots of sugar it actually depends on what brand of these foods ou would have to find.Diffrent brands have diffrent amounts.

well i know how to mesure fat/greese content too, if you are still stuck on the sugar thing you could look on the nutrition labels. Due tomorrow??? arn't you on break????

my friend starts break tomorrow but still the shouldn't have big projects due the day before break, everyone would be distracted
