Unhappy Pleeeeeeeease help me!

Somebody please tell me what would be my variables for my project? It is due tomorrow, and, to tell the truth, I don't have a clue!

The project is: How do papin and bromelaine digest proteins?
I am putting different fruits into gelatin and seeing if it effects the solidity. Again, I am BEGGING you, PLEEEEASE help me.

(I know, I shouldn't procrastinate, but I am the worst at doing things early.).

Thumbs up

remember, a variable is just a constant, you keep these thing the same for example, if you were testing how far a car could travel at different heights of the ramp then your variables(constatns) would be the ramp, car, measuring instrument, ect.
