If you don't know where to start, READ about your topic.

Since electrolysis is dependent on ions, I hypothesis salt and vinegar would have a major effect on the speed, though I am not sure how. This is for you to find out. After you know enough about electrolysis, add some salt and vinegar in determined amounts to the electrolysis apparatus, and measure the time/rate of electroylsis.

Vary these procedures as you see needed.
