I am in 11th grade.... and have a huge fascination with rockets. You may have guessed from the topic relating to Ammonium perchlorate.

I wanted to build a Liquid Fueled rocket engine and test it. Although since i cannot enter 2 i may just combine them into one.

Something like:
What Rocket engine will produce more thrust and and prove more efficent with different types of propelents, Solid or Liquid fuel?

Then use Ammonium Perchlorate and Potassium Nitrate in the solid rocket. Then use Gaseous oxygen with alcohol, and Gaseous oxygen and gasoline for the liquid rocket. Im also thinking of using H2O2 (50%) as the oxyidizer.. but im not familiar with it.

Let me know what you think... and if there are ways of improving it.
