Suggestion
i don't think you should put the yeast into the freezer, maybe the refrigerator and one more thing is that, if you are testing which yeast will make the best bread, then after the result, you have to explain why though, why the yeast at that temperature could make the best bread, if thats what you mean by hoe does yeast's temp,. affect bread
