Default Help! Having trouble writing up my project

Hi! I'm 12 years old and I have my first science fair project and it's really stressing me out. I found a great project idea about how to show that my dog has a good understanding about vocabulary and I even found experiments I want to do that german scientists did with a border collie. Here are the links of 2 stories I found.

But I'm having problems writing it down in my project description. My teacher wants us to use a hypothesis written using If ... (this is true) ... then ... (this is what will happen). I looked at so many web sites to see how other kids write them but they are all different and written in an easier way. I don't even know how to answer the questions like how will you measure, what things will you measure and what will you measure with?

It's like in my head I know excaxtly everything I need and want to do but I just can't write it the way my teacher is asking me to. I really hope someone can help me! Thanks a lot!
