I would say something with foods would be interesting and original. Maybe something with "Are Nutrion Labels telling the truth?"

You take three types of bread (Ex. White, Wheat, Rye) and sprinkle water on them. Then, see what bread grows the most mold. Also, you may want to try toasting the bread to see if that has any effect...

this may be corny... but research Coke and Pepsi, Sprite and Sierra Mist.

You take at least three peat pots(it's best to use about 4) and label...

Well, fish breathe in oxygen that is dissolved in water.... so maybe you could find water with higher levels of certain minerals and see how the fish react to it.

Yeah... you have to have them fill out a "permission form" saying that they agreed to help. And make sure that they haven't had any sugar or food except water for at least 1hr before your tests
