Your looking for a science fair project with Dependent[Responding] and Manipulated[forgot what other term is] Variables? They are in every project.
Try this project:

The Effect of Carbon Dioxide On The Inflation Of Balloons
Carbon Dioxide=Independent Variable,Inflation Of Balloons=Dependent Variable

Materials:
1. Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Apple Juice, Cola, Vinegar[and any other liquids you can think of to mix with the baking soda]
2. Baking Soda[get boxes depending on the number of liquids you get]
3. 20 fl. oz. bottles[get bottles depending on how many liquids your gonna test]
4. Ruler, Pen, Paper[ to record size of balloons]

Procedure:
1. Get materials out
2. Put each liquid in a bottle[amount you put in depends on size of balloon and how much baking soda you put in]
3. Take a ballon and fill it with baking soda[amount you put in depends on the size of the balloon]
4. Put the balloon on the top if the bottle
5. Shake the balloon so all of the baking soda comes out. After it fizzes up and inflats the balloon, measure the height and width of the ballon.
6. Record height and width measurements on paper.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 with all liquids.

P.S. Sorry if the details are a bit fuzzy, haven't did this project since 5th grade. :)

I need some help!!!

If you can, I would like some help. Im in 8th grade. Im interested in pretty much anything.... My project has to be somewhat simple, not a ton of little details and interesting, nothing that will be really boring.

Any help would be awesome!!!!

Osomosis or Animals

You could see what liquids diffuse through an egg shell the most. Or you could see how the random order of music effects different peoples blood pressures and possibly their moods.
