My question is does fat content in bread affect mold growth?

i think that the amount of fat does change the amount of mold growth. i'm not sure y though. it might b cause the spores will stick 2 fat easily

I went looking for a couple of houres on this topic and the only strong info on this is that the Higher the baceria count and the more fats there are the higher chance of the mold and or fungi infecting it or growing on.

Ill look up on it some more for you.
