Help Please! Light Bulb Brightness!!

I'm doing a science fair project on how Argon gas will effect the brightness of a light bulb. I need help coming up with a procedure for this. I need a way to insert different volumes of Argon into the light bulb and then turn the light bulb on to see how bright it is. Can anyone help me find a way to insert certain amounts of Argon into the bulb and then have something with enough power to turn it on. Thanks for your help in advance.

hmm... If how do you intend on putting in the argon gas? If you have a air tight room I suppose it's possible, but highly unlikely. If you intend on unscrewing the light bulb oxygen will just go rushing in, causing your experiment to go up into flames. I don't suppose there are other methods.
