easy help

i want to do a project on how scary movies affect your dreams like for instance horror movies and romance movies how do you think it will affect your dreams

Just a thought...

you could watch a different type of movie (romance, horror action, etc) each night and record your dreams. Repeat several times to make your results more accurate. If you r the kind of person who can't remember dreams, do the experiment on someone u no who remembers all their dreams. See if you can find any patterns relating the type of movie and the dreams you had.

Hope this helps!!

:D I have an experiment you could do. You could create a steady hand game. It is where you put your hand into it and it shoks you if you move your hand towards the copper wire. It uses an Energizer power pack for it.

I don't think so!

Changing what type of movie you watch after the other one won't help it. Because the people who watch the horror movies will remember them.

It would work if you spread it out a bit and watched one every week or few days. I do agree that horror movies stick in your mind more so you could have that be the last type of movie that you test so that it will not affect the other results.

I know this is way too late, but..

Okay, you can't do that kind of experiment. Variables need to stay mostly constant in a science experiment, unless you're aiming for low marks or are at a very low grade level. I expect even a grade 6 to know that you can't keep your variables as variables. You need to exclude any difference that each experiment has from another before you can start. Eg: Your science fair project is about kicking a soccer ball. You need to eliminate the wind factor, because it can blow different ways when you are kicking it, and you need to eliminate the change in force when your foot hit's the ball. You can't use 12N of force on the first one and then 24N of force on the second one. That would make your experiments baloney and widely innacurate. If I had signed up at the time of your experiment, then this is what I would have said anyways.
