Try using your hypothosis. Most projects use their hypothosis as a title.

O really need help on a cathcy title... my project is on whether the climate in which batteries are kept affects their performance...i need help fast...Thanks so much:)

i don't think that made that much sense

O.K well a lot of projects use their research question but i think "do batterys work in the cold?" is kinda boring. How about using words like sun.dessert freezing. extreme words-but make sure they don't indicate that your project is something that its not
