Angle of ketchup science project

I am doing a project on: Does ketchup move quicker depending on what angle it is? My purpose of my project is how high it is or how low it is when the ketchup bottle is slanted and see what angle it will move quicker. Should I do this project with 2 different brands of ketchup like Hunt's and Heinz? Do you have any suggestions on how to do this project? Or should I put some ketchup on a poster board, and slant the poster board at different angles, not the bottles? I am, also, having trouble finding research on the slanting of ketchup. I need to find at least 5 different data info for my research. Any suggestions of where to go to find that? I guess I picked a hard project to do, but I need some help.

Ketchup Project

Isn't the angle that ketchup moves fastest through the bottle 57 degrees because it says 57 on the top of the heintz bottle?, or is it just that the company started in 1957 or 1857?

Otherwise i'm not sure on how to do the project, but here is a site that is about what keeps ketchup in the bottle if you wouldn't mind changing your science fair project topic.:)

I hope, with whatever project that you choose, that it goes well. Also, what ever you do, don't, i mean DONT put baking soda in the bottle.:) (explodes everywhere when you go to use it.) Have Fun!:D
